Weekly Zoom Yoga class for students who have worked with me in classes, workshops, or trainings before and who know my style of teaching and way of working.
Limited to eight people for safety and ethics.
Classes involve my usual blend of deep embodied yoga, meditation, relaxation and poetry. Expect chanting and philosophy - because otherwise it's not yoga. Also expect discussion and feedback because it's not Simon Says.
